冷等离子体处理对番茄种子发芽特性的影响

Influence of cold plasma treatment on tomato seed germination

  • 摘要: 为探明冷等离子体处理对番茄种子发芽的影响,利用冷等离子体种子处理仪,以空气为真空室环境介质,在真空室绝对压力150 Pa条件下分别以40、50、60、70、80和90 W处理功率对浙砧1号(2018)、浙杂205(2019)、浙粉716(2023)和浙粉202(2019)番茄种子进行冷等离子体处理15 s,放置7 d后进行发芽试验。结果表明,当处理功率≤40 W时,冷等离子体对不同品种番茄种子萌发影响较小;浙砧1号(2018)、浙杂205(2019)、浙粉716(2023)和浙粉202(2019)番茄种子较佳的冷等离子体处理功率50 W,处理后发芽势分别提高4.00%、6.75%、11.25%和5.00%,发芽率分别提高2.50%、3.00%、6.75%和4.75%;随着处理功率的增加,冷等离子体处理对番茄种子萌发的促进作用降低,因此处理功率不宜>80 W。

     

    Abstract: In order to ascertain influence of cold plasma treatment on germination of tomato seeds, tomato seeds of Zhezhen1(2018), Zheza205(2019), Zhefen716(2023)and Zhefen202(2019)were treated for 15 seconds by a cold plasma seed processing apparatus with power of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 W, when environmental medium was set to be air and absolute pressure was set to be 150 Pa in vacuum chamber of apparatus.Then the seeds were placed for 7 days and used for germination test.Results showed that, when processing power was smaller than 40 W, influence of cold plasma treatment on germination of tomato seeds was slightly.A better processing power for tomato seeds of Zhezhen1(2018), Zheza205(2019), Zhefen716(2023)and Zhefen202(2019)was 50 W, germination vigor of seeds after treatment increases by 4.00%, 6.75%, 11.25% and 5.00% respectively, while germination rates increase by 2.50%, 3.00%, 6.75% and 4.75%.With increase of processing power, facilitation of cold plasma treatment on germination of tomato seeds tends to reduce, processing power should not be lager than 80 W.
