Abstract:
Industry-education integration is a critical pathway for agricultural higher vocational colleges to enhance educational quality during "new double high" construction.It holds far-reaching significance for cultivating high-quality skilled talents that meet agricultural industry demands and promoting agricultural modernization development.Currently, industry-education integration in agricultural higher vocational colleges faces challenges such as insufficient policy implementation and cooperation motivation, poor supply-demand alignment and limited cooperation depth, as well as evaluation system and cooperation quality that require improvement.To address these issues, targeted measures and diversified incentives should be adopted to construct a collaborative motivation stimulation mechanism.Innovative supply-demand matching and models should be developed to expand in-depth pathway of industry-education integration.Optimized strategies such as reconstructing evaluation systems for collaborative innovation and enhancing cooperation quality should be adopted.These measures will assist agricultural higher vocational colleges in achieving deep industry-education integration during "new double high" construction, thereby providing strong talent support and technological guarantee for agricultural industry development.
