Abstract: In order to better serve ecological protection and high-quality development of Yellow River Basin, agricultural technology promotion work should continuously innovate, enhance service capabilities and levels．Achievements of agricultural technology promotion in Shandong Province were summarized, existing problems in ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin were analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions for agricultural technology promotion were proposed to help promote ecological protection and high-quality development in Yellow River Basin．
