Abstract:
Rationality of cab design directly affects comfort, safety and operation efficiency of driver.In view of problems of insufficient field of vision, poor sealing, low processing accuracy, high processing cost, excessive noise and poor experience of drivers and passengers caused by existing combine harvester, a frameless glass door cab structure was proposed, and a medium and high-end cab with advantages of high field of view, low cost and high precision was designed through improvement of cab skeleton welding processing method and glass door layout method.It could meet urgent needs of combine harvester cab with good sealing, good visibility and comfortable indoor environment in current market, and lay foundation for product to obtain perfect customer satisfaction and establish a good product quality reputation.
