摘要: 将OBE理念引入食品保藏原理课程教学中,以学生学习成效为导向,以传授学生理论知识和培养学生实际应用能力为目标,反向设计教学环节,从教学内容、教学手段和教学考核评价出发进行课程改革,努力探索适宜食品保藏原理课程的教学模式。Abstract: Introducing OBE concept into teaching of the Food Preservation Principles course, guided by student learning outcomes, with goal of imparting theoretical knowledge and cultivating practical application abilities, teaching process were reverse designed, course was reformed from perspective of teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching assessment evaluation, and strive to explore a suitable teaching mode for Food Preservation Principles course.
