Abstract:
Aiming at problems of seasonal overloading of power supply facilities, poor economy of comprehensive utilization of energy, weak capacity of photovoltaic energy consumption, and difficulty of landing in countryside, a smart energy edge control device was designed, cloud edge collaborative system control architecture was constructed, and intelligent control of facility agricultural loads in facility agricultural industrial park was realized based on configuration monitoring software, improving utilization rate of renewable energy and economic benefits.Taking a solar greenhouse as research object, edge control device was built with CY-LFC121C equipment as edge control core, taking workshop daily operation cost, PV consumption rate and CO
2 emission reduction rate as indexes, using improved locust optimization algorithm for multi-objective optimization, laboratory simulation experiments and on-site verification in a solar greenhouse in Gansu Province were conducted.Results showed that, the device could effectively deal with problems of low comprehensive energy utilization, poor economy and difficult landing of modern facility agriculture loads, and results of this study could provide a reference for optimal design of edge control devices.
