阳光直射条件下3种温室空气温度传感器对比试验

Contrast test of three types of greenhouse air temperature sensor under direct sunlight condition

  • 摘要: 在阳光直射条件下常规空气温度测量方式测量数据偏大。采用干湿球原理专用温湿度传感器通过隔热材料避免阳光直射及强制通风等措施所获取的测量数据更接近真实值。为探索阳光直射条件下干湿球原理专用温湿度传感器测量效果及量化常规温室空气温度传感器测量偏差,对干湿球原理专用温湿度传感器、热电偶传感器和SHT35型温湿度传感器3种温室空气温度传感器测量结果进行对比,构建试验数据采集系统和云平台。结果表明,阳光直射条件下热电偶传感器和SHT35型温湿度传感器测量数据明显高于干湿球原理专用温湿度传感器,室外太阳辐射强度越大,热电偶传感器、SHT35型温湿度传感器与干湿球原理专用温湿度传感器的测量偏差越大;反之,则偏差越小。试验探索了阳光直射条件下干湿球原理专用温湿度传感器采取隔热材料防阳光直射等措施后的数据测量效果,量化了常规温室空气温度传感器测量数据的偏差,为温室空气温度传感器选型提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Under condition of direct sunlight, air temperature measured by conventional sensor is too large.Air temperature obtained by temperature and humidity sensor based on dry and wet bulb principle is closer to real air temperature value by using thermal insulation materials to avoid direct sunlight and forced ventilation.In order to explore air temperature measurement effect of temperature and humidity sensor based on dry and wet bulb principle under condition of direct sunlight, and to quantify measurement deviation of conventional greenhouse air temperature sensor, a comparative study was made on air temperature measurement results of three kinds of greenhouse air temperature sensor of temperature and humidity sensor based on dry and wet bulb principle, thermocouple sensor and SHT35 sensor.Technical principles of three kinds of greenhouse air temperature sensors were summarized, and then experimental data acquisition system and cloud platform were constructed to realize collection and storage of air temperature measurement data.Finally, measured results of three kinds of greenhouse air temperature sensors under direct sunlight condition were compared and analyzed.Results showed that under condition of direct sunlight, air temperature measurement data of thermocouple sensor and SHT35 sensor were obviously higher than those of temperature and humidity sensor based on dry-wet bulb principle.In addition, results also showed that the greater the intensity of outdoor solar radiation, the greater the deviation of thermocouple sensor, SHT35 sensor with temperature and humidity sensor based on dry and wet bulb principle, and on the contrary, deviation was smaller.Data measurement effect of temperature and humidity sensor was explored based on dry and wet bulb principle under condition of direct sunlight, and deviation of measured data of conventional greenhouse air temperature sensor was quantified.It could provide a certain reference basis for selection of greenhouse air temperature sensor.
