节能干馏炭化炉设计

Design of energy-saving dry distillation carbonization furnace

  • 摘要: 在掌握炭化技术设备原理和实际炭化试验的基础上,对炭化设备整体结构和尺寸研究设计,通过理论支持、CAD制图、Solidworks建模和实际试验,解决现有技术中炭化炉工作过程中无法准确监控温度、浪费能源问题。该设备主要由炭化室、加热装置和可燃气循环装置组成,对其各个部件尺寸和结构设计及试验,并试制了样机。试验设计目标:制炭成型率达95%,加热时间可自主设定,炭化炉的最高炭化温度500 °C,可燃气循环装置运行良好,炭化过程中温度能够实时监测。试验结果表明,所设计的节能干馏炭化炉满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: On basis of mastering principle of carbonization technology and equipment and actual carbonization experiment, overall structure and size of carbonization equipment were studied and designed, and problems of inability to accurately monitor temperature and waste of energy in working process of carbonization furnace in prior art were solved through theoretical support, CAD drawing, Solidworks modeling and practical tests.Equipment was mainly composed of carbonization chamber, heating device and combustible circulation device, and size and structure of each component were designed and tested, and prototype was trial-produced.Experimental design objectives was that, charcoal forming rate was 95%, heating time could be set independently, the maximum carbonization temperature of carbonization furnace was 500 °C, combustible gas circulation device was running well, and temperature in carbonization process could be monitored in real time.Test results showed that designed energy-saving carbonization furnace could meet design requirements.
