石墨润滑剂用于窝眼式大豆精量播种机的适应性试验

Adaptability test of graphite lubricant in nest eye soybean precision seeder

  • 摘要: 为解决新大豆26号等大颗粒品种使用窝眼式大豆精量播种机播种时出现的堵种、卡种问题,提出了在窝眼式排种器中使用石墨润滑剂的观点,并探讨了其对大豆种子萌发效果的影响。分别设计了种子发芽率试验、休止角测定试验及排种器排种试验,分析石墨润滑剂对大豆播种的影响。结果表明,石墨润滑剂对大豆发芽率没有影响,但对大豆种子休止角及排种量有积极影响。使用石墨润滑剂不影响大豆发芽率,能够增加种子流动性,切实降低大豆播种空穴率,研究为大豆播种机使用和播种效率提升提供理论依据和技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problem of seed blockage and jamming in use of a precision seeder for sowing large particle soybean varieties such as New Soybean No.26, viewpoint of using graphite lubricant in nest eye seeders was proposed, and its effect on soybean seed germination was explored.Seed germination rate test, angle of repose measurement test, and seeding device seeding test were designed separately to analyze effect of graphite lubricant on soybean sowing.Results showed that graphite lubricant had no effect on soybean germination rate, but had a positive effect on soybean seed angle of repose and sowing amount.The use of graphite lubricant does not affect germination rate of soybeans, but can increase seed flowability and effectively reduce hole rate of soybean sowing.It could provide theoretical basis and technical support for use of soybean seeders and improvement of sowing efficiency.
