Abstract:
To address issue of low mechanization in greenhouse fertilization operations, a specialized spreader was designed for dispensing a mix of solid organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.Effectiveness of this machine was validated through a series of tests, including evaluations of fertilizer discharge stability, uniformity, breakage rate, and practical field assessments. Results showed that variation coefficient for stability of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer discharge was 4.12% and 0.28%, respectively.Variation coefficient for uniformity of fertilizer application for organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer was 2.61% and 3.61%, respectively. There was no fertilizer free section for organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer in fertilization uniformity test section, and breakage rate of fertilizer applicator was 0%, which met national standard requirements.Average ratio of organic fertilizer soil mixture in field experiments was 10.22%, average ratio of organic fertilizer particles in upper layer was 13.94%, and average ratio of organic fertilizer particles in lower layer was 6.50%, indicating that soil fertilizer mixing effect coula be achieved after rotary tillage.
