基于社会网络分析法的农业机械推荐性标准网络特征分析

Recommended standards network features analysis of agricultural machinery based on social network analysis

  • 摘要: 以SAC/TC 201全国农业机械标准化技术委员会归口管理的农业机械国家推荐性标准为研究对象,应用社会网络分析法,建立农业机械国家推荐性标准引用矩阵和起草单位合作网络矩阵,从引用网络整体性和关键节点两个维度,选取点度中心度、中介中心度、密度和孤点率等测量指标,分别对标准节点的重要性进行评价。使用熵权法计算各个评价指标在重要性评价中的权重,通过逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)找到重要节点。研究结果表明,一方面,SAC/TC 201的农业机械国家推荐性标准网络结构相对完善,运行良好,但部分重要标准存在年代较长的现象;另一方面,SAC/TC 201与分标准委员会SC6在核心标准制修订方面发挥了重要作用,这与目前农业机械发展的方向呈现一致性,为SAC/TC 201管理分标委会及标准项目立项提供了相关借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Taking national recommended standard of agricultural machinery centrally managed by SAC/TC 201 as research object, applying social network analysis method, a national recommended standard citation matrix for agricultural machinery and draft unit cooperation network matrix was established.From dimensions of network integrity and key nodes, measurement indicators such as point centrality, mediation centrality, density, and outlier rate, were selected to evaluate importance of standard nodes.Entropy weight method was used to calculate weight of each evaluation index in importance evaluation, and finally important node was found by using technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).Research results showed that national recommended standard network structure was relatively perfect, running well, but some important standards had a long age phenomenon, on the other hand, SAC/TC 201 and sub-standard committee SC6 played an important role in revision of core standards, which was consistent with current direction of agricultural machinery development.It could provide reference for SAC/TC 201 to manage sub-standard committee and establish standard project.
