Abstract:
Taking national recommended standard of agricultural machinery centrally managed by SAC/TC 201 as research object, applying social network analysis method, a national recommended standard citation matrix for agricultural machinery and draft unit cooperation network matrix was established.From dimensions of network integrity and key nodes, measurement indicators such as point centrality, mediation centrality, density, and outlier rate, were selected to evaluate importance of standard nodes.Entropy weight method was used to calculate weight of each evaluation index in importance evaluation, and finally important node was found by using technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).Research results showed that national recommended standard network structure was relatively perfect, running well, but some important standards had a long age phenomenon, on the other hand, SAC/TC 201 and sub-standard committee SC6 played an important role in revision of core standards, which was consistent with current direction of agricultural machinery development.It could provide reference for SAC/TC 201 to manage sub-standard committee and establish standard project.
