腐殖酸水溶肥对大棚草莓生长发育和品质的影响

Effects of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer on greenhouse strawberry growth,development and quality

  • 摘要: 为研究腐殖酸水溶肥对大棚草莓生长发育和果实品质的影响,以红颊草莓为试材,开展了田间试验。结果表明,施用腐殖酸水溶肥1周后,草莓植株平均株高、冠径增长量与清水对照组相比提高60%和62%;持续监测叶片SPAD值,其有明显提高的趋势,并始终高于对照组;果实可溶性固形物、糖酸比与清水对照组相比增加9%和20%,达到显著水平,果实口感更好;有效提高果实硬度,有助于商品化运输。施用腐殖酸水溶肥还可以提高有机质、碱解氮、速效钾和有效磷等土壤有效态养分含量。因此,施用腐殖酸水溶肥后,改良了土壤理化性质,草莓植株长势更为旺盛,促进了草莓叶片叶绿素的合成,提高植株的光合速率,从而为草莓果实的生长提供充足的干物质积累,改善草莓果实的营养品质和口感,切实达到增产增效的作用。

     

    Abstract: To investigate effects of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer on greenhouse strawberry growth, development and quality, a field experiment was carried out with "Red Cheek" strawberry as material.Results indicated that one week after applying humic acid fertilizer, average plant height and crown diameter of strawberry plants increased by 60% and 62%, compared to control group treated with plain water.Continuous monitoring of leaf SPAD values showed a significant increasing trend, consistently higher than control group.Soluble solids and sugar-acid ratio in fruit increased by 9% and 20%, compared to control group, reaching a significant level, and improving fruit taste.Applying humic acid fertilizer also effectively increased fruit hardness, facilitating commercial transportation.Application of humic acid fertilizer could also increase available nutrient content of soil such as organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, available potassium, and available phosphorus.In summary, after applying humic acid water-soluble fertilizer, physical and chemical properties of soil were improved, strawberry plants growth was more vigorous, promoting synthesis of chlorophyll in strawberry leaves, enhancing plant's photosynthetic rate, to provide sufficient dry matter accumulation for growth of strawberry fruits.This led to an improvement in nutritional and sensory quality of strawberry fruits, effectively achieving increased productivity and efficiency.
