基于盘式永磁同步电机的转鼓综合加载试验台研制

Development of drum comprehensive loading test bench based on disc permanent magnet synchronous motor

  • 摘要: 针对现有转鼓综合加载试验台无法在同一试验台上完成拖拉机和汽车加载测试的问题,采用双绕组结构改变电机的串并联接法,研发了一种基于盘式永磁同步电机的转鼓综合加载试验台。该试验台的转鼓具有低速大扭矩和高速小扭矩两种工作模式,满足拖拉机和汽车两类车辆的加载测试要求。选用重卡汽车和LX2204型拖拉机对试验台加载能力进行验证,结果表明,所设计的试验台可以完成对汽车和拖拉机的加载测试。

     

    Abstract: In response to problems that existing drum comprehensive loading test bench cannot complete load test of tractor and automobile on one test bench, a drum comprehensive loading test bench based on disc permanent magnet synchronous motor was developed by adopting series-parallel connection method of changing motor with double winding structure.Drum of test bench has two working modes, low-speed large-torque and high-speed low torque, to meet loading test of tractor and automobile.Finally, a heavy-duty truck and LX2204 tractor were selected to verify loading capacity of test bench, and results showed that designed test bench could complete loading test of tractor and automobile.
