基于圆捆打捆机成型过程的小麦秸秆物理特性试验

Physical properties test of wheat straw based on round baler forming process

  • 摘要: 为明确小麦秸秆相关特性对圆捆机成型过程的影响,依据小麦秸秆进入圆捆机成捆室的运动过程,开展小麦秸秆的碰撞、弯曲、压缩试验,得到小麦秸秆相关力学特性参数,并通过Origin软件对试验数据进行拟合,得到拟合方程。碰撞试验结果表明,小麦秸秆的弹起高度在一定条件下随着落地速度的增大而增大。弯曲试验结果表明,小麦秸秆载荷峰值在一定条件下随含水率的增大而增大,随加载速度的增大而减小。径向压缩试验结果表明,小麦秸秆载荷峰值在一定条件下随含水率的增大而增大,随加载速度的增大而增大。因此,在圆捆机后续设计与试验中需要考虑这些因素对打捆过程的影响。

     

    Abstract: To clarify influence of wheat straw related characteristics on forming process of round baler, impact, bending and compression tests of wheat straw were carried out based on movement process of wheat straw entering baling chamber of round baler.Relevant mechanical property parameters of wheat straw were obtained through experiment, and experimental data were fitted by Origin software to get a fitting equation.Collision test results showed that bounce height of wheat straw increased with increase of landing speed under certain conditions.Bending test results showed that peak load of wheat straw increased with increase of moisture content under certain conditions, and decreased with increase of loading speed.Radial compression test results showed that peak load of wheat straw increased with increase of moisture content and loading speed under certain conditions.Therefore, impact of these factors on baling process needs to be considered in subsequent design and testing of round baler.
