Abstract:
In teaching of agricultural product safety testing courses, taking students' vocational ability development demands as a starting point, completing a certain index test as main line, adhering to educational concept of teacher leading role and student principal role.Whole teaching process was divided into three teaching phases: pre-class exploration, in-class guidance, and after-class expansion.During in-class course, teaching adopted five steps efficient interaction of reviewing old knowledge, analysing meaning, knowing method, learning skill, evaluating effect, to solve pain points of high learning perplexity rate and low learning interest in traditional teaching.It was a replicable and promotable case of teaching reform with internalization of subject knowledge, sufficient interaction between teachers and students, and fully aroused students' learning enthusiasm, which realized a good effect on nurturing.
