Abstract: Against background of rural vitalization, there are important strategies to rejuvenate rural specialty industries, cultivate new types of agricultural business entities, develop dominant industries, and adopt various forms of scaled operations to promote high-quality development of agriculture industries．Taking Anyue lemon industry in Sichuan Province as an example, a systematic analysis of its current development status was provided, finding that despite significant achievements, there were still some challenges and shortcomings in environmental pollution, marketing capabilities, industrial chain construction, innovation research and development, and deep processing．Potential solutions to these problems were discussed, aiming to inspire for development of similar rural industries during rural revitalization．
