Abstract:
To solve problems of low harvesting efficiency, high damage rate, and high impurity rate of mechanized harvesting for jujube in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(abbreviated as Xinjiang), a self-propelled jujube harvester was designed, to realize picking, collection, and cleaning of jujube.Structure and working principle of whole machine were described, and key components such as frame, vibration harvesting device, and concentrated-transportation device were designed.Field tests results showed that whole machine was reliable and stable, all evaluation indexes met requirements when operating speed was 3 km/h and vibration frequency was 400 times /min.It could provide reference for promoting mechanized harvesting of jujube in Xinjiang.
