自走式红枣采收机设计与试验

Design and experiment of self-propelled jujube harvester

  • 摘要: 针对新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)红枣采收效率低,以及机械化采收破损率、含杂率高等问题,研制一种自走式红枣采收机,可实现对红枣的采摘、集运和清选。阐述了整机结构及工作原理,设计了机架、振动采收装置和集运清杂装置等关键部件。田间试验结果表明,整机工作可靠稳定,作业速度3 km/h、振动频率400次/min时,各项评价指标均符合设计要求。该研究可为推动新疆红枣机械化采收提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To solve problems of low harvesting efficiency, high damage rate, and high impurity rate of mechanized harvesting for jujube in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(abbreviated as Xinjiang), a self-propelled jujube harvester was designed, to realize picking, collection, and cleaning of jujube.Structure and working principle of whole machine were described, and key components such as frame, vibration harvesting device, and concentrated-transportation device were designed.Field tests results showed that whole machine was reliable and stable, all evaluation indexes met requirements when operating speed was 3 km/h and vibration frequency was 400 times /min.It could provide reference for promoting mechanized harvesting of jujube in Xinjiang.
