Abstract: To solve problems of uneven drying and poor energy-saving effect of agricultural product drying equipment, an energy-saving agricultural product drying equipment was designed．When drying agricultural products, positions of placement plates could be realized to replace each other and automatically turn over surface of agricultural products, to ensure agricultural products were heated evenly and drying effect．Meanwhile, position of placement plate was designed to make internal cavity area of drying box smaller, which could reduce heat loss and through recovering waste heat in dried gas, improving energy-saving effect of equipment．
