Abstract: Chinese medicinal materials industry is a key agricultural pillar industry developed in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province in recent years．It has initially formed an industrial chain integrating planting, processing, and sales of characteristic Chinese medicinal materials．Through research and analysis of Chinese medicinal materials industry in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, current situation and existing problems of industry development were trased out, and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote transformation and upgrading of Chinese medicinal materials industry and high-quality development．Aim was to promote high-quality development of Chinese medicinal materials industry in Tongchuan City, coordinate promotion of industry expansion, refinement and optimization, further drive farmers' income increase, injecting new momentum into comprehensive revitalization of rural areas．
