Abstract:
Based on tractors, seeder, fertilizer distributor, harvester, agricultural unmanned air vehicle, and other agricultural machinery, combined with ANSYS, EDEM, ADAMS, and other simulation software, analysis of current application status, advantages, and development trends of Solidworks in agricultural machinery design and simulation was studied.Through 3D modeling, finite element analysis, motion simulation, and modal analysis techniques, Solidworks could quickly adjust design schemes, optimize mechanical performance and design parameters, reduce number of physical prototype production and testing, shorten product development cycles, and reduce research and development costs.In the future, Solidworks will be deeply integrated with artificial intelligence with powerful parametric design, virtual assembly and simulation analysis functions, and software integration capabilities.It will introduce intelligent algorithms to improve simulation accuracy, achieve automated design and optimization, and promote agricultural machinery design towards intelligence, efficiency, and sustainability.
