摘要: 介绍2CM-4EF型马铃薯种植机总体方案设计,并对主机架、播种单元、施肥装置和培土圆盘装置等关键部件进行分析;联合使用AMESim与Simulink软件对液压控制系统进行仿真设计和分析。结果表明,整机和液压控制系统作业效果能够满足用户需求,为从事马铃薯种植机研发和生产的企业提供参考。Abstract: Design scheme of 2CM-4EF potato planter was introduced, and key components such as mainframe, sowing device, fertilization device, and soil covering components were analyzed.Hydraulic control system was simulated and analyzed by using AMESim software and combining it with Simulink software.Results showed that overall machine and hydraulic control system operating effect could meet user's needs, and provide reference for enterprises engaged in potato planter research and production.
