链条侧举升式装烟上炕机设计与试验

Design and experiment of chain side-lifting tobacco loading machine

  • 摘要: 为解决烟夹装烟上炕劳动强度大、存在安全隐患等问题,根据密集烤房结构和烟叶烘烤工艺要求,设计链条侧举升式装烟上炕机。该机主要由动力底盘、烟夹举升机构、操作台升降机构和上炕控制系统组成。分析烟叶装烟上炕过程,设计链条式烟夹举升装置和丝杆式操作台升降机构,确定其结构参数。烟夹举升机构与密集烤房墙壁形成35°夹角,避免烟叶在举升过程中发生刮伤。烤房内样机实际测试结果表明,链条侧举升式装烟上炕机可以正常实现中、上层烟叶的装烟上炕作业,减轻烟农劳动强度,保证作业安全性,为后续装烟上炕设备研发和优化提供基础。

     

    Abstract: To solve problems of high labor intensity and safety risks of clamp loading tobacco leaf, based on structure of dense baking room and technical requirements of tobacco leaf curing, a chain side-lifting tobacco loading machine was designed, which was composed of power chassis, tobacco leaf folder lifting device, operating console lifting device and control system.Through analyzing process of tobacco leaf loading, chain lifting mechanism and screw operating console lifting mechanism were designed to determain structural parameters.Intersection angle between tobacco leaf clamp lifting mechanism and wall of dense baking room was 35°, which could avoid scratching of tobacco leaf during lifting.Through prototyping testing, results showed that designed machine could realize loading middle and upper tobacco leaves, reduce labor intensity, improve operational safety, and provide foundation for development and optimization of subsequent tobacco loading equipment.
