鲜食大豆收获机采收装置设计及试验分析

Design and experimental analysis of harvesting device for fresh soybean harvester

  • 摘要: 针对鲜食大豆收获面临的机械化程度较低、人工采摘成本高且效率低等问题,引进和改进鲜食大豆收获机,并对鲜食大豆采收装置进行试验。分析浙江省嘉兴市鲜食大豆种植业发展现状和5个典型大豆品种物理特性,阐述采收装置总体结构与工作原理,计算分析运动参数,并进行台架试验和田间试验。结果表明,收获机最低采收点与滚筒齿尖最低点的高度差4. 39 cm;豆荚荚柄高度与漏荚率密切相关,其大于滚筒齿尖最下端5 cm时,采收漏荚率显著降低;随着滚筒齿尖离地高度增加,收获损失呈增长趋势,当高度≥5 cm时,收获损失明显增加。推荐嘉兴市鲜食大豆收获时滚筒齿尖最低点离地高度调整为4 cm较为合适。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems of low mechanization, high manual harvesting costs and low efficiency in fresh soybean harvesting, fresh soybean harvester was introduced and improved, and experimental analysis on fresh soybean harvesting device was conducted.Current development status of fresh soybean cultivation in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province and physical characteristics of five typical soybean varieties were analyzed.Overall structure and working principle of harvesting device were expounded, motion parameters were calculated and analyzed, and bench and field tests were carried out.Results showed that height difference between the lowest harvesting point of harvester and the lowest point of drum tooth tip was 4.39 cm.Pod stalk height was closely related to rate of pod leakage, when it was higher than 5 cm from bottom of drum tooth tip, rate of pod leakage significantly decreased during harvesting.As height of drum tooth tip above ground increased, harvesting loss showed an increasing trend, when height was higher than or equal to 5 cm, harvesting loss significantly increased.It was more appropriate to adjust the lowest point of drum tooth tip above ground to 4 cm during harvesting operations of fresh soybean in Jiaxing City.
