大豆玉米带状复合种植播种机镇压力可调镇压装置设计

Design on adjustable force pressing device of planter for strip intercropping operation of soybean and corn

  • 摘要: 针对大豆玉米带状复合种植作业中不同作物所需镇压力不同的问题,设计播种机镇压力可调镇压装置,可根据实际作业环境及作物,调节相应的镇压力。该镇压装置主要由V型镇压轮、镇压支架、镇压力调节机构等组成。通过理论分析和计算,确定镇压轮的主要结构参数。镇压装置中镇压力调节机构采用无级调节方式,使镇压力调节范围更精细,适应不同土壤镇压强度。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problem of strip intercropping operation of soybean and corn, different crops require varying levels of pressing force for stabilization, an adjustable force pressing device was designed.According to actual operation environment and plant, corresponding pressing control was adjusted.This pressing device mainly consisted of a V-shaped pressing wheel, a pressing bracket, and a pressing force regulating mechanism.Through theoretical analyzing and calculation, main structural parameters of pressing wheel have been determined.Pressing force regulating mechanism of pressing device was an infinite adjustment, with a more precise adjustment range to adapt different soil compaction intensities.
