Design and simulation of bionic intelligent seeder

  • 摘要: 智能农业机械发展迅猛,无人驾驶技术研究与应用不断深化,同时仿生技术已进入农业机械研究领域并逐步走向应用。两项技术应用于农业机械研究领域,将促进农业机械快速发展。结合无人驾驶技术和仿生技术设计以蚯蚓为仿生原型的智能播种机械,集松土、播种、喷雾功能于一体。根据蚯蚓分节后各节均能存活特性,该机械设计为4节,首节为松土装置,中间两节为播种装置,尾节为喷雾装置。可拆分独立单体进行作业,通过遥感控制实现无人驾驶,完成相应的功能,实现完整合理协调系统的作业模式。各单体亦可连接合体作业,首节带动各单体仿蚯蚓蠕动形式适应不同坡度和崎岖地况,完成相应作业。该技术为无人农场技术研究发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent agricultural machinery is developing rapidly, autonomous driving technology research and application continues to deepen, and bionic technology has entered field of agricultural machinery research and gradually towards application.Combination of two technologies applied in field of agricultural machinery research will promote rapid development of agricultural machinery.An intelligent seeder based on earthworm was designed by combining autonomous driving technology and bionic technology, which integrated functions of soil loosening, seeding and spraying.According to characteristics that each section of earthworm can survive after subdivision, mechanical design was divided into 4 sections, first section was soil loosening device, two middle sections were sowing device, and tail section was spray device.It could be divided into independent monomers for operation, realizing autonomous driving technology through remote sensing control, completing their respective functions, and achieving a complete and reasonable coordinated system operation mode.Each monomer could also be connected and operated as a whole, and first section drove each monomer to adapt to different slopes and rugged terrain conditions in form of earthworm creeping.This technology provides technical support and theoretical reference for research and development of unmanned farm technology.
