Abstract: Agricultural product processing has become a key point for promoting comprehensive revitalization of rural industries．How to efficiently apply technological achievements of agricultural product processing to various industries is of great significance for promoting agricultural product processing industry development．Taking Institute of Food Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, main forms of transformation in agricultural product processing technological achievements were elaborated , five condensed models in technological achievements transformation process were explored, namely resource-, demand-, strategy-, co-construction- and incubation-based models．Difficulties and challenges faced in technological achievements transformation process were analyzed, specific measures promoting technological achievements transformation were proposed to provide a reference for further improving level of technological achievements transformation and support comprehensive revitalization of rural industries．
