衡邵干旱走廊干旱灾害风险评估与区划

Risk assessment and regionalization of drought disaster in Heng-Shao drought corridor

  • 摘要: 基于区域干旱年度评估指数、数字高程资料、地形坡度资料、人口密度、GDP、河网密度、归一化植被指数、灌溉农田分布和粮食作物种植分布等各类数据,开展衡邵干旱走廊干旱灾害风险评估和区划研究。结果表明,衡邵干旱走廊干旱灾害高风险地区主要分布在中东部地区,其中湖南省衡东县、衡山县、衡南县、衡阳县、耒阳市、祁东县、祁阳县、东安县、永州市冷水滩区、邵东市和双峰县发生干旱的风险较高,新宁县、绥宁县、城步苗族自治县发生干旱的风险较低,其他区域为中等发生风险。衡邵干旱走廊的精细化干旱灾害风险区划,对提升该区域干旱灾害风险管理水平和气象防灾减灾具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on annual regional drought evaluation index(MCIe), DEM data, topographic slope data, population density, GDP, river network density, NDVI , irrigation farmland distribution, crop planting distribution, and other data, drought disaster risk assessment and regionalization research of Heng-Shao drought corridor was carried out.Results showed that high risk regions for drought disaster in Heng-Shao drought corridor were mainly distributed in east-central regions, among which Hengdong County, Hengshan County, Hengnan County, Hengyang County, Leiyang City, Qidong County, Qiyang County, Dong'an County, Lengshuitan District of Yongzhou City, Shaodong City and Shuangfeng County of Hunan Province had a higher risk of drought.Xinning County, Suining County, and Chengbu Miao Autonomous County had a lower risk of drought, and other regions had a medium risk.Precision regionalization of drought disaster risk in Heng-Shao drought corridor has important guiding significance for improving level of drought disaster risk management and meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation in region.
