思政元素与专业知识融合的项目化体系构建与实践以食品安全与质量控制技术课程为例

Construction and practice of a project-based system that couples ideological and political elements with professional knowledgetaking Food Safety and Quality Control Technology course as an example

  • 摘要: 融合专业知识与思政元素进行项目化构建与实践,可以有效提高人才培养质量,符合大国工匠人才培养目标的基本要求。以职业院校食品质量与安全专业的专业核心课程食品安全与质量控制技术为例,以课程思政与专业技能同步同频为抓手,全面深入挖掘课程思政元素,探索课程内容项目化实施的新模式。研究内容主要围绕重构课程体系,探索立德树人有效路径,实现学校人才培养与社会人才需求之间无缝对接的育人目标。同时,也为其他专业课程的思政教育改革提供参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Integration of expertise and ideological and political elements carries out project-based construction and practice, which can effectively improve quality of talent training and meet basic requirements of talent training goals of national-level master artisans.Taking core course Food Safety and Quality Control Technology of food quality and safety major in vocational colleges as an example, synchronization and frequency of curriculum ideology and politics and professional skills as a gripper, a new model of project-based implementation of curriculum content was explored by comprehensively digging into curriculum ideology and politics elements.Reconstruction of curriculum system has been focused on, effective path was explored to cultivate virtues and morality, and education goal of seamless docking between school talent training and social talent needs was realized.At the same time, it also provided reference for ideological and political education reform in other major's course.
