Abstract:
Focusing on practical training teaching condition construction for smart agriculture technology major at undergraduate-level vocational colleges.Using mixed research methods, relevant domestic enterprises and vocational colleges were investigated to clarify industry requirements for graduates skill, and to analyze current state and problems in vocational colleges' practical training teaching conditions construction.Research found that enterprises' skill requirements for graduates in smart agriculture technology major were characterized by diversification and compositeness, emphasizing deep integration of technology and agriculture.Although vocational colleges have made progress in practical training base construction, equipment provision, teaching staff development, educational resources, and evaluation systems, they still faced challenges such as insufficient equipment maintenance, weak safety management, superficial school-enterprise collaboration, and lagging information management.Based on investigation results, construction standard were proposed in four aspects: laboratory construction, equipment and software configuration, teaching staff, and assessment and evaluation.It provides references for scientific and standardized construction of practical training teaching conditions for smart agriculture technology major, to promote major high-quality development, and to meet industry's demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
