半夏全程机械化现状与装备研究进展

Research progress in current status and equipment for full process mechanization of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.)Breit.

  • 摘要: 半夏是我国重要的道地中药材之一,近年来随着需求量日益增加,人工种植的半夏是市场主要供给源,半夏种植过程已基本实现机械化,但各地区适宜当地生产的配套机具较少,无法满足半夏产业化需求,制约我国半夏产业的快速发展。依据半夏全程机械化技术模式,从耕整地机械、播种机械、田间管理机械和收获机械环节分析半夏生产机械化发展现状,明确半夏生产全程机械化过程中播种、除草、收获的薄弱环节,提出半夏全程机械化未来发展方向,如正芽式半夏播种机、激光除草机械、高效率半夏收获机等,弥补半夏全程机械化短板,加快产业化进程。

     

    Abstract: Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. is one of the important genuine Chinese medicinal materials.In recent years, with increasing demand, artificial cultivation of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. has become main supplier in market.Currently, Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. cultivation process is basically mechanized, but there are fewer various regions suitable for local supporting machinery, which cannot meet needs of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. industrialization, restricting rapid development of China's Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. industry.Based on technical mode of full process mechanization, development status of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. in production mechanization was analyzed from aspects of tillage machinery, sowing machinery, field management machinery, and harvesting machinery.Weak links of sowing, weeding, and harvesting in full mechanization of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. production was clarified.Future development direction of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. full process mechanization was proposed, such as positive bud Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. seeder, laser welding machine, and high-efficiency Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. harvester, to make up for shortcomings of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit. full process mechanization and to accelerate industrialization process.
