基于PID控制的塑料大棚温湿度系统设计与试验

Design and experiment of plastic greenhouse temperature and humidity system based on PID control

  • 摘要: 针对塑料大棚温湿度调节需人工操作、费时费力问题,设计一套基于PID控制的塑料大棚温湿度系统。系统由温湿度测量模块、控制输出模块、显示和报警模块组成,以加强模块间通信的连接性和抗干扰性,效率与稳定性得到提高。对算法进行分析与优化,开展单因素试验和综合试验,结果表明,设置预设温湿度初始范围25~27 °C和50%~60%时,系统控制平均误差1.2%,满足试验作物生长要求,为塑料大棚自动化技术升级提供参考方案。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problem of plastic greenhouse temperature and humidity adjustment needs manual operation, which is time-consuming and laborious, a set of plastic greenhouse temperature and humidity system based on PID control was designed.System consisted of temperature and humidity measurement module, control output module, display and alarm module, connectivity and anti-interference communication between each module was strengthened, and efficiency and stability were improved.Algorithm was analyzed and designed, single-factor experiment and comprehensive experiment were carried out.Results showed that when setting preset temperature and humidity initial range at 25 to 27 °C and 50% to 60%, system control average error rate was 1.2%, which met plant growth requirements of experimental crops and provided a reference proposal for automation technology upgrading in plastic tunnels.
