基于倍速链输送的牧草自动立体栽培装置研发与应用

Development and application of automatic three-dimensional forage cultivation device based on double plus conveyor chain

  • 摘要: 畜牧业牧草资源相对匮乏,为遏制草场退化,人工栽培牧草逐步得到大面积推广。其中,水培牧草因生长周期短、产量高于传统牧草种植方式,已成为新兴种植方式。但目前水培牧草种植多采用简易栽培架,种植过程需要人工参与,生产效率较低。针对以上问题,设计基于倍速链输送的牧草自动立体栽培装置,主要由栽培架系统、龙门升降系统、倍速链输送系统、灌溉系统和电控系统组成,可自动实现牧草栽培盘升降及输送,高效完成牧草立体种植过程,牧草日产量可达8.3 t。该装置解决了传统水培牧草费时费力等问题,提高栽培效率,为牧草自动立体栽培装置设计与改造提供借鉴与参考。

     

    Abstract: Forage resources in animal industry are relatively scarce, and to curb grassland degradation, artificial cultivation forage has been gradually promoted on a large scale.Among them, hydroponic forage has become an emerging cultivation method due to its short growth cycle and higher yield than traditional forage planting methods.However, at present, hydroponic forage cultivation mostly uses simple cultivation racks, and cultivation process needs manual participation, with low productivity.In view of above problems, an automatic three-dimensional forage cultivation device based on double plus conveyor chain was designed, which was mainly composed of cultivation rack system, gantry lifting system, double plus conveyor chain system, irrigation system, and electric control system.It could automatically realize forage cultivation trays lifting and conveying, efficiently complete three-dimensional planting process of forage, and daily yield of forage could reach 8.3 t.This device has greatly solved traditional hydroponic forage time-consuming and laborious problems, improved cultivation efficiency, and provided a reference for design and transformation of automatic three-dimensional forage cultivation devices.
