Abstract: Agricultural green development is an effective way to promote realization of dual carbon goals in agriculture．Henan Province, as a large agricultural province, has played an important role in creating a national grain production core area, anchoring positioning of a large country granary, and ensuring national food security．Meanwhile, Henan Province should be duty-bound to help with dual carbon goals and realize agricultural green development．Based on analysis of a large number of data and field visits, current situation of agricultural green development in Henan Province was sorted out, main difficulties currently faced were analyzed, and decision-making suggestions were put forward from aspects of multi-objective coordination, scientific and technological innovation leading, policy system improvement, and multi-subject participation, to contribute agricultural green development in Henan Province under dual carbon goals．
