Design of integrated synchronous profiling limited depth mechanism for different sowing depths

  • 摘要: 为保证复合播种机作业时播种深度一致性和稳定性,设计了集成式不同播深同步仿形限深机构。借鉴以往类似机构的设计经验,初步总结仿形机构设计思路,通过样机实体模型和工程化图纸,试制了拥有此机构的播种机样机。试验结果表明,在耕整作业后地块,配有集成式不同播深同步仿形限深机构的播种机播深稳定,一致性良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure consistency and stability of sowing depth during composite seeder operation, an integrated synchronous profiling limited depth mechanism for different sowing depths was designed.Drawing on experience of similar mechanisms in the past, design idea of profiling mechanism was preliminarily summarized.Through drawing solid models and engineering drawings, a seeder prototype combined with the mechanism was produced.Results showed that sowing depths of seeder equipped with an integrated synchronous profiling limited depth mechanism with different sowing depths were stable and consistent on cultivated land.
