固态有机肥条施起垄机设计与试验

Design and experiment of solid organic fertilizer drilling ridger

  • 摘要: 在发展绿色有机种植过程中,由于粉状有机肥流动性较差,难以实现机械化精准定量深施作业。因此,绿色有机农业在生产上广泛应用颗粒商品有机肥,但颗粒有机肥存在成本较高、不利于大面积推广的问题。在充分消化国外相关先进技术的基础上,结合我国北方大规模绿色有机种植需求,设计一种固态有机肥条施起垄机关键部件和整机。该机采用分置式链板排肥、等分式振动导肥等关键技术,解决粉状有机肥在定量均匀排肥与深施方面的难题。田间试验表明,该机能够在进行起垄作业的同时将粉状有机肥定量条施于苗带下12~15 cm处,可改善作物根系生长环境,提高肥效和农产品品质。

     

    Abstract: In green organic planting development process, due to poor fluidity of powdered organic fertilizer, it is difficult to achieve mechanized precise quantitative deep application.Therefore, green organic agriculture widely uses granular commercial organic fertilizer in production, but granular organic fertilizer has a problem of high cost and is not conducive to large-scale promotion.Based on fully digested relevant foreign advanced technology, in conjunction with large-scale demand for green organic planting in northern China, key components and a complete machine for a solid organic fertilizer strip ridger were designed.Machine adopted key technologies such as split-type chain plate fertilizer discharge, and equal fraction vibration fertilizer guide to solve problem of quantitative uniform fertilizer discharge and deep application of powdered organic fertilizer.Field experiments showed that machine could quantitatively apply powdered organic fertilizer 12 to 15 cm below seedling belt at same time as ridging operation.This fertilization method could improve crop root growth environment and enhance fertilizer efficiency and agricultural product quality.
