Optimization design of agricultural tricycle frame structure

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内市场农用三轮车车架结构一致性问题,对某农用三轮车车架进行新型结构优化设计。以大梁式车架为研究对象,通过拓扑优化和尺寸优化方法与有限元分析相结合,充分考虑制造工艺性与经济性,在满足车架原始性能基础上,设计满足市场需求的新型桁架式三轮车车架,对其他车型车架轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at frame structure consistency problems of agricultural tricycles in domestic market, a new structural optimization design for an agricultural tricycle frame was carried out.Taking girder frame as a research object, topology optimization and size optimization methods were combined with finite element analysis.Manufacturing process and economy were fully considered during design process.On the basis of satisfying original performance of frame, a new truss-type tricycle frame met current market demand was designed, which has certain reference value for lightweight design of other vehicle frames.
