基于单片机的粮仓温湿度检测与示警系统设计

Design of granary temperature and humidity detection and alerting system based on single chip microcomputer

  • 摘要: 我国是粮食生产和消费大国,粮食的安全储存问题研究具有重要意义。影响粮食储存的主要参数为温度与湿度,对粮仓中温湿度进行良好的控制,能够提升粮食的安全储存质量。以STC89C52单片机为控制单元,与DHT11温湿度传感器,LCD1602液晶显示屏及SIM800L短信模块相互配合,依据现场实际情况手动调节温湿度上下限值,将检测的温湿度实时显示到液晶显示屏上,并与温湿度上下限值进行对比,若超过限值则报警并发送短信提醒管理员。经试验验证,模型可手动设置温湿度上下限值,在温湿度符合要求时,液晶显示屏会实时显示粮仓当前温湿度信息;在温湿度不符合要求时,系统对管理员进行蜂鸣器、警示灯和短信3种模式预警,以便及时处理。

     

    Abstract: As a major grain production and consumption country, research on safe storage of grain in China is of great significance.Main parameters affecting grain storage are temperature and humidity, and good control of temperature and humidity in granary can improve quality of safe grain storage.Taking STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as a control unit, and cooperating with DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, LCD1602 LCD screen, and SIM800L SMS module to manually adjust upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity according to on-site situation.Detected temperature and humidity were displayed in real time on LCD screen and compared with upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity.If limit was exceeded, an alarm would be triggered and a short message would be sent to remind administrator.Through experimental verification, model could manually adjust upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity requirements.When temperature and humidity met requirements, LCD screen would display current temperature and humidity information of granary in real time.When temperature and humidity did not meet requirements, system would issue three alerting modes to administrator: buzzer, warning light, and short message, to handle them promptly.
