岗课赛证背景下高职院校食品营养与健康课程教学改革

Teaching reform of Food Nutrition and Health course in higher vocational colleges under background of post-course-competition-certificate

  • 摘要: 以岗课赛证为背景,学生为教学主体,依托食品营养与健康工作岗位对学生知识、技能、素质的要求,参考1+X运动营养咨询与指导职业技能等级证书、公共营养师证等职业技能标准,结合食品营养与检测技能大赛技能考核要点,对食品营养与健康课程从教学目标、教学内容、教学实施过程和评价体系等方面进行全面改革,实现食品营养与健康课程岗课赛证融合。

     

    Abstract: With background of post-course-competition-certificate, students as teaching subject, relying on knowledge, skills, and quality requirements in food nutrition and health work positions, referring to standards of 1+X Sports Nutrition Consultation and Guidance certificate, public nutritionist certificate, and other vocational skills, combined with key points of skill assessment in food nutrition and testing skills competition, comprehensive reformation was taken on teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching implementation process, evaluation system and other aspects of Food Nutrition and Health course , to achieve post-course-competition-certificate integration.
