Abstract:
With background of post-course-competition-certificate, students as teaching subject, relying on knowledge, skills, and quality requirements in food nutrition and health work positions, referring to standards of 1+X Sports Nutrition Consultation and Guidance certificate, public nutritionist certificate, and other vocational skills, combined with key points of skill assessment in food nutrition and testing skills competition, comprehensive reformation was taken on teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching implementation process, evaluation system and other aspects of Food Nutrition and Health course , to achieve post-course-competition-certificate integration.
