基于数字孪生的盐碱地调理剂投放系统在实践教学中的探索

Exploration of saline-alkali land conditioner dispensing system based on digital twin in practical teaching

  • 摘要: 为满足新工科建设需求,探索教学新方法,将基于数字孪生技术构建的盐碱地调理剂投放系统融入农业机械化及自动化专业实践教学。该系统深度整合数字孪生技术,对盐碱地环境、调理剂投放设备及作业流程进行数字化建模与仿真,实现调理剂投放全过程精准模拟与智能控制。学生借助数字孪生模型,可直观掌握系统运行原理、结构组成及作业流程,将理论知识应用于实践,提升工程实践、创新思维与团队协作能力。同时,前沿的数字孪生、智能控制等技术内容,拓宽了学生专业视野,助力其适应农业工程智能化、数字化发展趋势,为新工科涉农专业人才培养提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: To meet needs of emerging engineering construction and explore innovative teaching methods, a saline-alkali land conditioner dispensing system based on digital twin technology has been integrated into practical teaching of agricultural mechanization and automation majors.System integrated digital twin technology deeply to conduct digital models and simulation of saline-alkali land environments, conditioner dispensing device and operation process, to achieve precise simulation and intelligent control throughout entire conditioner dispensing process.By using digital twin model, students could intuitively grasp operating principles, structural compositions, and operation process, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, to enhance their engineering practice, innovative thinking, and teamwork abilities.Meanwhile, cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins and intelligent control have broadened students' professional horizons, helping them adapt to intelligent and digital development trends in agricultural engineering, and providing valuable reference for cultivating emerging engineering talent in agriculture-related professionals.
