Abstract: Taking Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an example to conduct an in-depth investigation into current status and practical achievements of agricultural training base in context of rural revitalization．By analyzing agricultural training bases' experience in functional positioning, operational mechanisms, faculty development, curriculum systems, and informationization construction, intrinsic mechanisms through which agricultural training bases serve rural revitalization were revealed．Research found that Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture has optimized allocation of practical teaching resources and innovated pathways for industry-education integration, achieving organic alignment between education chain, talent chain, and industry chain, innovation chain．This approach has effectively addressesed challenges such as rural talent drain, technological application gaps, and weak industrial upgrading．A theoretical reference and practical model for similar institutions has been provided to enhance agricultural training base construction and improve talent cultivation system for agricultural and rural modernization．
