Abstract:
During agricultural modernization process, traditional leaf vegetable transplanting methods are inefficient and labor-intensive, making it difficult to meet needs of large-scale production.To break through technical bottlenecks and improve transplanting efficiency and quality, development history of high-speed leaf vegetable transplanters was reviewed, and high-performance high-speed leaf vegetable transplanter was developed.Its core components' structure and working principles, including frame, conveyor belt, gantry frame, and seedling picker, were thoroughly analyzed.To verify high-speed automatic leafy vegetable transplanter's performance, a seedling picking test was carried out by simulating real working conditions.Results have shown that seedling picking success rate of 96.7% and low seeding damage rate.While ensuring high surcical rates, system significantly improves transplanting efficiency, thereby validating design rationality and reliability.A practical basis and technical support for high-speed automatic leaf vegetable transplanting technology development was provided.It contributes to automation and intelligent development of leaf vegetable planting, and holds significant importance for reducing labor costs, improving agricultural production efficiency, and promoting agricultural modernization.
