Abstract: In context of rural revitalization strategy, meteorological services play a crucial role in local specialty industries development．As a key pillar of Baoding's local specialty industry, Xanthoceras sorbifolium urgently requires a targeted and comprehensive meteorological service system, to ensure stable and sustainable industrial development through refined weather services．Construction approach, methodology, and progress of meteorological service system, technical framework, and support system for Xanthoceras sorbifolium industry were systematically elaborated．Practical application tests demonstrated that service system significantly enhanced meteorological support capabilities for Xanthoceras sorbifolium industry in Baoding City．It provided scientific basis and decision-making support for government departments and key users, positively contributing to industrial development．A valuable references model for meteorological services supporting other local specialty industries could be derived from this initiative．
