秸秆圆捆拆网装置设计与试验

Design and experiment of straw round bale net detaching device

  • 摘要: 针对秸秆圆捆拆网需求迫切,以及现有拆网自动化程度和拆网效率低等问题,在秸秆圆捆切割性能研究可行性试验基础上,设计一种秸秆圆捆拆网装置,实现了自动化快速割网、拆网、移网功能,由割网机构、移捆机构、拆网机构、机架和PLC控制系统组成。采用Solidworks进行三维建模,对关键部件进行Simulation静应力分析,搭建试验台架控制系统,以秸秆圆捆为对象,以托辊转动速度、托辊旋转圈数、拆网辊旋转角度为试验因素,以捆网残留率、拆捆时间为评价指标,运用Design-Expert13开展box-behnken design(BBD)响应面试验,并通过方差分析、响应面分析与多目标寻优对试验结果进行分析。结果表明,最优参数组合为托辊转动速度53 r/min、托辊旋转圈数3圈、拆网辊旋转角度51°。在最优参数组合下捆网残留率0.25%、拆捆时间23.3 s,相对误差较小。该研究可为圆捆拆网装置的研发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of urgent demand for straw bale net detaching and problems such as low automation and efficiency of existing net detaching methods, a straw bale net detaching device was designed based on feasibility tests of straw bale cutting performance.This device realized automatic and rapid net cutting, detaching and transfer functions.It comprised a net cutting mechanism, bale transfer mechanism, net detaching mechanism, frame and PLC control system.Three-dimensional modeling was carried out using Solidworks.Simulation static stress analysis was conducted on key components.A test bench control system was built.Taking straw round bales as test object, and idler roller rotation speed, idler roller rotations count, and net detaching roller rotation angle were taken as test factors.Bale net residual rate and bale detaching time were taken as evaluation indicators.A box-behnken design(BBD)response surface experiment was carried out using Design-Expert 13.Experiment results were analyzed through variance analysis, response surface analysis, and multi-objective optimization.Results showed that optimal parameter combination was 53 r/min idler roller rotation speed, 3 idler roller rotation cycles, and 51° net detaching roller rotation angle.Under optimal parameter combination, net bale residual rate was 0.25% and detaching time was 23.3 s, indicating small relative deviations.A reference for research and development of round bale net detaching device was provided.
