大中型屠宰加工项目待宰区节能减碳技术

Energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies for slaughter waiting area in large and medium sized slaughter and processing projects

  • 摘要: 以养殖企业粪污分离技术为基础,采用漏缝地板和干粪清除相结合的工艺方法,设计一种适用于大中型屠宰场待宰区粪污分离处理和臭气排放的固液分离自动清粪系统。以贵州省某畜禽肉类冷链储备项目工程为例,以待宰区为对象对节电节水、有机污染物减排及相应的二氧化碳减排进行计算分析。研究结果表明,该技术可减少待宰区污水排放量60%以上,减少有机污染物排放量60%以上,减少臭气排放量50%以上,具有节电节水、减碳环保的良好社会效益和生态效益。

     

    Abstract: Based on manure separation technology for livestock enterprises, an automatic solid-liquid separation manure cleaning system has been designed for manure separation treatment and odor emission in slaughter waiting area of large and medium-sized slaughterhouses by adopting a combined process method integrating slatted floor and dry manure removal.Taking a livestock and poultry meat cold chain reserve project in Guizhou Province as an example, calculations and analysis were conducted on electricity and water savings, organic pollutant reduction, and corresponding CO2 emissions reduction in slaughter waiting area.Research results indicated that this technology could reduce sewage discharge in waiting area by more than 60%, organic pollutant emissions by more than 60%, and odor emissions by more than 50%.It has achieved significant social and ecological benefits through electricity and water savings, carbon reduction, and environmental protection.
