生姜就地换垄栽培对产量、品质及根际微生物的影响

Effects of ginger in situ ridge replacement cultivation on yield, quality,and rhizosphere microbiome

  • 摘要: 系统研究传统连作(CK处理)、跨行换垄(T1处理)和对角线换垄(T2处理)对生姜产量、品质及根际微生物的影响。结果表明,T2处理表现最优,产量达84924.30 kg/hm2,较CK处理增加14.52%(P<0.05),分枝数和茎粗分别较CK处理增加17.36%、9.88%。品质方面,T2处理挥发油(2.17%)、可溶性糖(4.02%)、6-姜酚(2.71 mg/g)和8-姜烯酚(1.88 mg/g)含量均显著高于CK处理。土壤分析显示,T2处理使细菌多样性(Shannon指数6.14)和Pseudomonas丰度(15.83%)显著提升,Fusarium丰度降低8.38个百分点,脲酶活性增加67.44%。研究表明,对角线换垄模式可更好地优化土壤微环境,协同提高生姜产量、品质及土壤健康度,为破解生姜连作障碍,实现生姜可持续栽培提供了创新性栽培方案与技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: A systematic study was conducted to evaluate effects of traditional continuous cropping(CK treatment), cross-row ridge replacement(T1 treatment), and diagonal ridge replacement(T2 treatment)on ginger yield, quality, and rhizosphere microbiome.Results showed that T2 treatment performed the best, with a yield of 84924.30 kg/hm2, an increase of 14.52% compared to CK treatment(P<0.05).Branch number and stem diameter increased by 17.36% and 9.88%, respectively, compared to CK treatment.For quality, volatile oil content(2.17%), soluble sugar content(4.02%), 6-gingerol content(2.71 mg/g), and 8-gingerol content(1.88 mg/g)in T2 treatment were significantly higher than CK treatment.Soil analysis showed that T2 treatment significantly increased bacterial diversity(Shannon index of 6.14)and Pseudomonas abundance(15.83%), with a decrease in Fusarium abundance of 8.38 percentage points and an increase in urease activity of 67.44%.Research has shown that diagonal ridge replacement mode could better optimize soil microenvironment, synergistically improve ginger yield, quality, and soil health.An innovative cultivation solutions and technical support for overcoming ginger continuous cropping barriers and achieving sustainable ginger cultivation have been provided.
