Abstract: Potatogermplasm resource evaluation system can perform multi-dimensional analysis and evaluation on data regarding quality, resistance, and other agronomic traits of acquired potato germplasm resources; and determine correlation between breeding objectives and various traits, genetic distance and ranking levels among germplasm resources; reveal and summarize the genetic patterns of the resource materials, will serves as a scientific and efficient auxiliary system in selecting and developing superior varieties．
