三角形量水槽测流性能试验研究

Experimental study on flow measurement performance of triangular flume

  • 摘要: 针对现有U形渠道量水槽体形复杂和施工难度大的问题,通过对抛物线形喉口量水槽进行改进,设计了体形简单的三角形量水槽。为了检验三角形量水槽的测流性能,在2种型号U形渠道上建造5种收缩比的量水槽并进行灌区试验,分析测流精度、临界淹没度、佛汝德数和壅水高度等测流性能指标,探讨量水槽收缩比选择和施工方法。研究表明,包含渠道比降的流量公式平均相对误差1.82%,有94%的相对误差在±5%范围内。三角形量水槽临界淹没度0.85~0.91,建立了能识别量水槽自由出流状态的临界淹没度公式。在合理收缩比条件下,佛汝德数和壅水高度均能满足要求。收缩比应根据渠道比降的大小进行初选,并适当减小槽长,然后校核量水槽自由出流状态、最小流量时佛汝德数≤0.5和最大流量时渠水不漫顶。采用钢模板法建造量水槽不须破除原有渠道,易于施工。三角形量水槽测流性能良好,可用于灌区U形渠道测流。

     

    Abstract: In view of complex shape and difficult construction of existing U-shaped channel flumes, a simplified triangular flume was designed by improving parabolic throat flume.To test flow measurement performance of triangular flume, five kinds of flumes with different contraction ratios were built on two types of U-shaped channels for irrigation area experiments.Flow measurement performance indexes were analyzed, such as flow measurement accuracy, critical submerged criterion, Froude number, and backwater height.Contraction ratio selection and construction methods for flume were discussed.Results showed that flow formula including channel gradient had an average relative error of 1.82%, with 94% of relative errors falling within ± 5%.Critical submerged criterion for triangular flumes ranged from 0.85 and 0.91, and a critical submergence formula capable of identifying flumes' free outflow state was established.Under reasonable contraction ratio conditions, both Froude number and backwater height met requirements.Contraction ratio should be primarily selected according to channel gradient's size, with flume length appropriately reduced.Then, free outflow state of measuring flume should be verified, ensuring that Froude number was less than or equal to 0.5 at minimum flow, and channel water does not flooding at maximum flow.Steel formwork method for constructing measuring flume was easy to implement without requiring breaking up original channel.Triangular flume had good flow measurement performance and could be used for flow measurement in U-shaped channels within irrigation areas.
