松嫩平原盐碱地分区分类与梯度保护性开发体系

Research on zoning,classification and gradient-based protective development system for saline-alkali land in Songnen Plain

  • 摘要: 针对松嫩平原盐碱化加剧(重度盐碱地比例10年间从17%升至24%)与开发模式粗放化问题,提出分区分类、梯度开发系统方案。技术层面构建遥感/GIS诊断−工程措施(灌排/微地形改造)−有机改良(生物炭/腐植酸)−生物修复(微生物−植物联合)−智能管理(ET节水/无人机)技术闭环;模式层面按盐碱化程度分级开发:轻度区(盐分<0.3%)主攻粮食生产,中度区(盐分0.3%~0.6%)发展种养结合,重度区(盐分>0.6%)实施生态保育;制度层面建立跨省生态补偿基金与碳汇交易机制。结果表明,轻、中度区可转型高产农田(水稻产量67508250 kg/hm2),支撑大食物观;重度区生态价值显著碱蓬净碳汇2.8~5.0 t CO2eq/(hm2·年);跨区域补偿机制破解资金短缺瓶颈。该体系实现盐碱地从生态包袱向资源宝库转型,筑牢国家粮食与生态安全屏障。

     

    Abstract: To address intensifying salinization of Songnen Plain(severe saline-alkali land increased from 17% to 24% over a decade)and extensive development models, a systematic zoning classification and gradient development system was proposed.Technologically, a closed-loop system was integrated with remote sensing/GIS-based diagnosis, engineering measures(irrigation/drainage and micro-topography modification), organic amelioration(biochar/humic acid), bioremediation(microbial-plant synergism), and intelligent management(ET water conservation/drones).At model level development modes were stratified by salinization degree.Mildly zone(salinity <0.3%)focused on grain production, moderately zone(salinity 0.3%~0.6%)adopted integrated crop-livestock systems, and severely zone(salinity >0.6%)implemented ecological restoration.Institutionally, an inter-provincial ecological compensation fund and carbon sink trading mechanism were established.Results showed that mildly and moderately saline-alkali areas could be transformed into high-yield farmland(rice yield of 67508250 kg/hm2), supporting all-encompassing approach to food.Severely saline-alkali areas exhibited prominent ecological value Suaeda glauca net carbon sequestration of 2.8~5.0 t CO2eq/(hm2·a).Cross-regional compensation mechanisms resolved funding shortages.It has realized a transformation of saline-alkali land from an "ecological burden" to a "resource reservoir", strengthening national food security and ecological barriers.
