Abstract: To explore teaching reform and practice of ideological and political within Dairy Product Testing Technology course．By analyzing significance of integrating ideological and political education into course, its ideological and political elements were explored, specific pathways and methods for integrating ideological and political education into course teaching were proposed, and practical effects were evaluated and reflected．Aiming to achieve an organized integration of professional knowledge transmission and ideological and political education, cultivating high-quality dairy product testing talents who possess both professional skills and noble professional ethics, as well as craftsmanship spirit．
